Carol Adams has 40 years of experience in business and technology, primarily with the IBM Corporation. Carol began her career helping small and mid-sized businesses improve their business outcomes through implementation of IBM’s midrange computers and industry applications. Her career spanned multiple IBM divisions and focus areas, including enterprise software sales, sales training, performance analysis, and business process management, with the last 14 years centered on management of IBM business partners selling software and services across the U.S.
Carol holds a B.A. in English from Wake Forest University and has recently returned to Winston-Salem after spending most of her career in Atlanta, GA.
