Klaus is a “digital minded” C-Level leader with expertise in eCommerce, marketing, technology, analytics, customer service and sales. He has a unique mix of technology, omni-channel, digital and marketing expertise. He has managed multi-billion dollar P&L’s for B2B and B2C organizations such as American Express, AT&T, Lowe’s Home Improvement and HD Supply.

Klaus is currently serves the role of Chief Marketing Officer and Customer Experience Executive at Global Industrial. He has responsibility for Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics, Customer Service, and Inbound sales.

Prior to that, Klaus was Chief Digital Officer at HD Supply, a multi-billion dollar distributor with 11,000+ employees. He was responsible for leading a team of 500+ associates and contractors in Marketing, eCommerce, IT strategy & business alignment, IT governance, application development, technology operations and risk & compliance.

In addition, Klaus has over five years of agency experience managing global technology, strategy, marketing, analytics, and creative engagements for companies such as Sherwin-Williams & VF Corporation in North America & Europe and Cencosud in Chile.
