Natalie Scarritt

Natalie Scarritt has over 17 years of experience in the arts, nonprofit, and hospitality industries. Her broad extensive skill set encompasses guest experience, customer service, audience development, event management, marketing, evaluation, team building, and strategic planning and management, reflecting her dynamic approach to driving organizational success.

From nonprofits to corporations, Natalie shares her creativity and resourcefulness to create innovative programs and experiences and strategically increase engagement and partnerships. Natalie has worked at Hilton Hotels, AmeriCorps at the North Carolina’s Governor’s Office, Peabody Essex Museum, and Reynolda House Museum of American Art.

Natalie serves as VP of Strategy and Marketing at CopyForward Inc, a Winston Starts Alumni company and recipient of the NC IDEA SEED grant. Her consulting firm, Naterra LLC, manages an art collection of a notable artist. Natalie has a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an MS in Arts Administration from Boston University.

Natalie’s multicultural background, born in Rio de Janeiro and raised abroad, has cultivated her proficiency in multiple languages and fostered a broad global perspective. Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds fulfillment in teaching Pilates, sailing, tennis, and exploring the world through extensive travel.
